Edgewater Automation is seeking a skilled CNC Operator Machinist to produce precision metal parts in an industrial setting. You will develop machining plans from blueprints and GD&T specifications, set up machines, and select tools and speeds to meet engineering requirements.

You will interpret designs, troubleshoot, perform quality checks, and document processes. The role requires 5 years of CNC experience, a high school diploma, and a DOL Journeyman Certificate; Haas or SolidCam experience

Qualifications

• 5 years CNC Machine Operator experience
• DOL Journeyman Certificate

Responsabilités

• Develop machining plans by studying blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications and GD&T.
• Interpret parts designs from blueprints and communicate with engineers for changes.
• Troubleshoot problems and adjust machines as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure dimensions meet specifications.
• Maintain safety by following procedures and regulations.
• Document and communicate actions and needs across shifts.
