Job summary

Responsibilities include setting up machines, tracking production metrics, documenting device history records, and collaborating with engineering to improve processes. A strong emphasis on quality and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints.
• Proficiency with metrology tools (calipers, micrometers) and measurement concepts.
• Ability to read and write in English and maintain organized workspaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple CNC/Manual machines (mills, lathes) to manufacture components.
• Ensure product conformity and QA documentation accuracy.
• Meet production quotas and maintain process improvements with 6S initiatives.
