Job summary

Laborup is seeking experienced Senior CNC Machinists to join our premier manufacturing facility in Bridgeport, Connecticut. This role requires mastery in CNC Milling and Turning, with responsibilities that include machine setup, operation, and quality assurance. We offer a competitive salary range of $100k - $120k per year, based on a 50-hour work week, with unlimited optional overtime available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC setup experience on Mills (3, 4, or 5-axis) AND/OR Lathes (2 or 3-axis).
• Proven ability to independently own the setup process and run production without direct supervision.
• Strong blueprint reading skills and a deep understanding of GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute comprehensive setups and run production on CNC milling centers AND/OR horizontal CNC lathes.
• Analyze complex engineering blueprints to guide projects from setup to final production.
• Lead first-article inspections and continuous in-process checks.
