Job summary

Align Precision Corp. is seeking an experienced CNC / Lathe / Mill-Turn Machinist / Operator III for our new, state-of-the-art facility in Horsham, PA.

The ideal candidate will read drawings, understand GD&T, select tooling and fixturing, and make process adjustments to consistently deliver high-quality components. You will set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills and lathes, program when needed, and perform in-process inspections.

Qualifications

• 6+ years CNC machining experience required.
• Experience in high-precision aerospace/defense/medical manufacturing valued.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and own projects.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and mill-turn equipment per instructions.
• Program and adjust CNC equipment as needed.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements.
• Select cutting tools, workholding, fixturing for materials and processes.
• Perform in-process inspections and adjust to maintain quality.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and CMMs to verify specs.
• Enter production and quality data into ERP accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support continuous improvement and safety procedures.
