Job summary

You’ll mentor teammates and participate in TPM initiatives and process improvements. Responsibilities include setting up gear-related equipment, using precision measuring tools, and collaborating cross-functionally to solve production challenges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; may require export controls licensing.
• Experience operating machine tools and manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE requirements.
