ADDMAN Engineering LLC is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate, maintain, and set up a variety of machining equipment on-site in Glen Burnie, MD. You will read blueprints, select tooling, monitor machine performance, and ensure parts meet exact tolerances.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in machining and with quality processes is desired.
• Some exposure and experience with manufacturing /CNC machining processes.
• Understand continuous improvement or lean / six sigma principles.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and use PPE; ensure equipment and forklifts function safely.
• Study blueprints and specifications to determine dimensions and setup requirements.
• Set controls for machining factors and adjust programs as needed.
• Select programs, fixtures, tooling, drills, and inserts as required.
• Operate machines to produce parts within tight tolerances and troubleshoot issues.
