Job summary

SIGMA DESIGN in Hood River, OR is seeking a Production Machining Supervisor to lead CNC programming, tooling, and maintenance across the machining departments. You will partner with Engineering and Quality to drive efficient, high-precision aerospace component production in a full-time role.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years CAD/CNC programming experience, strong GD&T skills, and a proven leadership track record in a shop environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CAD and CNC programming.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and aerospace requirements.
• Experience with AS9100 environments desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Support production management to meet goals and deadlines.
• Lead CNC programming, tooling, and maintenance for machining dept.
• Collaborate with Engineering to review designs for manufacturability.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction in machining processes.
• Mentor and develop CNC staff and ensure quality and yield.
