The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years in manufacturing, and a CNC programming certificate. Proficiency with AutoCad, SolidWorks, Excel, and Intuitive is preferred; safety and TPMs are part of the job.

Qualificações

• Reads and interprets blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate with team members.
• Strong mathematical skills and understanding of GD&T concepts.
• Experience with CNC programming and machine setup.

Responsabilidades

• Sets up, operates, and programs CNC equipment including mills and related grinding equipment.
• Interprets blueprints and work orders to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Selects fixtures, tooling, and materials; designs tooling where needed.
• Verifies part quality with measuring tools and CMM results.
• Develops and edits CNC programs to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Maintains TPM records and follows safety guidelines.
