Job summary

Parker Aerospace in Kentucky is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and operate a variety of machines and furnaces essential to daily production. You will follow detailed prints, document data, and maintain quality and safety standards.

The role requires handling CNC machines, carbon layup equipment, and heat-treat furnaces, plus measurement with calipers, micrometers and depth gauges. Team-based, with good communication and problem-solving skills, you will help keep schedules and housekeeping

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with vocational training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing prints and detailed instructions.
• Proficient with a standard computer keyboard and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines and furnaces required for daily production.
• Monitor data and adjust processes to meet specifications; perform limited preventative maintenance.
• Use calipers, micrometers and depth gauges to measure and ensure quality.
