ITDE in Tucson, AZ seeks an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer Lead to develop and optimize complex machine programs for precision aerospace components. You will mentor a programming team, collaborate with machinists, and drive continuous improvement using CAM, CNC, and probing technologies.

The role demands strong GibbsCAM skills, the ability to read complex drawings with GD&T, and a track record of reducing cycle times while maintaining quality.

Competenze

• Experience programming complex precision-machined components.
• CNC Lathe programming in a manufacturing environment.
• GibbsCAM experience or equivalent CAM software required.
• Knowledge of probing systems and automated process monitoring.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T.

Mansioni

• Develop complex CNC programs for precision components on multiple CNC lathes.
• Utilize GibbsCAM to maximize machining efficiency and high-speed material removal strategies.
• Analyze drawings, GD&T tolerances, and design data to create accurate machining programs.
• Convert Mazatrol programs to EIA format as needed and generate setup sheets.
• Lead Lathe Programming Team and mentor programmers; drive cycle-time reduction and process improvements.
