Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of proven CNC Lathe experience.
• Overhead crane experience.
• Sound mechanical aptitude with hands-on skills.
• Ability to read precision measuring equipment and blueprints.

Aufgaben

• Operate CNC Lathe II to close tolerances (ie. .0002”).
• Machine metals including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Inspect parts during production using precision measuring instruments.
• Read process sheets, blueprints, and sketches to determine machining requirements.
• Edit pre-written programs with supervision and perform basic edits for improvements.
• Set up and operate CNC machines using setup sheets and written instructions.
