Qualifications

• 3–5 years progressive machining experience.
• CNC lathe programming preferred but not required.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
• Strong mathematical and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, troubleshoot, and run CNC lathes for precision parts.
• Mentor machinists and lead continuous improvement on processes.
• Perform in-process and final inspections per plans and specs.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with QA and Production on new product introductions.
