Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe jobs with minimal supervision.
• Load and run parts according to plans and specs; ensure conformance.
• Select and install tooling and fixturing; update as required.
• Run CNC programs; monitor tooling wear and replace as needed.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and complete setups for production and NPI work.
• Inspect parts with micrometers, calipers, height gages, and other tools; ensure accuracy.
