Job summary
Employ Partners in Canton, GA is seeking a Senior CNC Lathe Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team. You will set up, program, and operate CNC and manual lathes to produce precision components per blueprints.
The role requires 8–10 years of CNC lathe experience, GD&T knowledge, and strong inspection skills. Overtime is available; relocation assistance is offered for qualified candidates with a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of CNC Lathe machining experience.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T documents.
- Proficient in precision measurement and quality inspections.
- Ability to setup, adjust, and optimize lathe operations.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, adjust, and optimize CNC and manual lathe machines to manufacture precision components.
- Read blueprints and GD&T requirements to meet customer specs.
- Select tooling, fixtures, feeds and speeds for accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections with precision instruments.
- Maintain production records and ensure safety and cleanliness.
