CyberCoders seeks a Manufacturing Engineer - Mastercam Programming in Cuyahoga Falls, OH on-site. You will develop and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning using Mastercam, interpret drawings and GD&T, and create manufacturing documentation to support production.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing engineering or CNC programming, experience in AS9100/ISO9001 environments, and strong problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering or CNC programming.
• Strong Mastercam programming experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T.
• Experience in AS9100/ISO 9001 environments preferred.
• Engineering degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning using Mastercam.
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.
• Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
• Troubleshoot machining and production challenges to improve efficiency and quality.
• Support tooling, workholding, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams.
• Assist with quoting, new product introduction, and advanced quality planning.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
