Job summary

Olsson is seeking an Associate Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Technician to ensure quality and safety on construction projects. You will independently collect samples from sites, perform tests, document results, and communicate findings to project managers to support informed decisions.

Travel to project sites is required, with training at the closest office. The role includes a company truck, PPE, equipment and a path for mentorship and hands-on experience by seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

• You have 3+ years of experience in construction observation, inspection, testing, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Associate degree from a technical or four-year school is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collect construction materials samples from various sites and perform tests and inspections.
• Document findings and communicate results to project managers and stakeholders.
