Construction Material Testing is seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager to lead client relationships and the testing program across multiple concurrent projects in the Tennessee area. You will scope, price, schedule, review reports, and keep projects profitable while keeping clients informed and satisfied.

You will handle budgeting, invoicing inputs, and communications, while growing accounts through reliability and proven field credibility with crews and leadership oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
