Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program. You will scope proposals, price programs, schedule field and lab resources against calendars, review reports before shipment, and keep projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, manage budgets and invoicing inputs, and grow accounts through reliable delivery. ICC/NICET/ACI credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
