You will manage multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, requiring five+ years of CMT or related experience, ICC/NICET/ACI credentials, and strong budgeting, invoicing, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and ability to hold technical credibility with field crews.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, invoicing, and client-communication skills under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication; Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
