Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks an experienced project manager to own client relationships and the testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule crews against pour calendars, review reports before they ship, and keep projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, manage budgets and invoicing, and grow accounts through reliable delivery on high-stakes industrial programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction quality control.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and credibility with field crews.
• Ability to manage schedules and interact with clients under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
