Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Manager to own the client relationship and the testing program across multiple concurrent projects. You will scope proposals, schedule crews against pour and earthwork calendars, review reports before shipment, and keep projects profitable while informing clients.

You will manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication, and growth comes from reliability and clear project leadership across field and office teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and credibility with field crews.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain profitable, transparent client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly; manage budgets and invoicing inputs.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability and strong client communication.
