Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a project manager who will own client relationships and the testing program, including scoping proposals, scheduling crews against pour and earthwork calendars, reviewing reports before they ship, and keeping projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and real accountability, maintaining budgets and ensuring invoicing inputs are clean while communicating progress to clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Scheduling and client-facing under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
