Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a project manager to own the client relationship and testing program, including scoping proposals, scheduling crews against pour and earthwork calendars, reviewing reports before they ship, and keeping projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and real accountability, manage budgets and invoicing inputs, and grow accounts through delivered reliability, while maintaining safety and quality

Qualifications

• Five+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication; grow accounts through reliability.
