Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a seasoned Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program. You will scope, price, and schedule testing/inspection activities, review reports before they ship, and ensure projects stay profitable while keeping clients informed.

You’ll run multiple concurrent projects with real authority, balancing budgets, invoicing inputs, and change orders, while growing accounts through reliability and strong field credibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction quality control.
• Valid ICC, NICET, or ACI credentials and technical credibility with field crews.
• Strong scheduling and client-facing skills under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing/inspection programs and schedule field/lab resources.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
