Apple in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer for the global, 24/7 team behind the Apple Online Store content management and publishing platform. You will own triage, debugging, and coordination across engineering, QA, UAT, and DevOps to keep publishing on track.

You bring 8+ years in IT operations or SRE, CMS experience, plus coding in Java or Scala and strong SQL skills. This role requires rapid problem solving, incident management, and the ability to communicate

Competenze

• 8+ years of IT operations, production support, SRE and/or security, incident/change/problem management.
• Hands-on experience supporting a CMS and the content publishing pipelines behind it.
• Experience with debugging and deep technical analysis.

Mansioni

• Triage, troubleshoot and prioritize incidents based on business impact in the publishing platform.
• Own incidents through root cause analysis and defects with engineering.
• Support change activity, validate impact, and rollback readiness during publishing windows.
• Create and maintain runbooks, automation ideas, and incident summaries for leadership.
