You will lead a customer-facing Process Engineering team, ensuring workloads, skill development, and on-time delivery to CMP Product Management, CMP Commercial, and external customers. The role requires a BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, 6–8 years in high-volume chemical manufacturing, leadership experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 6–8 years of work experience in high-volume chemical manufacturing.
• Experience supervising and mentoring others.
• Strong written and verbal communications across organizational levels.
• Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous or changing environments.
• Experience with SPC techniques and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure activities and projects meet EH&S expectations and Fujifilm values.
• Monitor progress against team deliverables and reallocate resources as needed.
• Analyze equipment failures with CMP Manufacturing to establish containment.
• Investigate and resolve high-priority customer or product quality issues on time.
• Resource assignments to achieve objectives while enabling cross-functional training.
• Provide input on site resource planning and budgeting.
