onsemi is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician at its Gresham, OR 200 mm manufacturing facility. You will serve as a technical authority for critical CMP equipment, performing advanced preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance; lead complex recoveries and root-cause investigations; and develop sustainable improvements that increase equipment reliability and manufacturing performance.

Formación

• Associate or technical degree, military technician training, or equivalent maintenance experience.
• 10-15+ years of semiconductor equipment technician experience with specialist-level performance.
• Expert troubleshooting linking CMP equipment behavior to process performance.
• Ability to lead high-impact events with clear technical leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Independently diagnose and resolve extremely complex equipment and process-related failures using advanced diagnostics and data.
• Lead difficult tool recoveries and root-cause investigations; document findings and drive corrective actions.
• Perform and improve preventive and corrective maintenance, calibrations, repairs, and tool qualifications with high first-time-right quality.
• Interpret equipment, process, SPC, and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Train and mentor technicians; provide technical leadership across shifts and coordinate vendor support.
