Connexion Systems & Engineering Inc. is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer for a direct-hire, full-time role in Somerville, MA. The position is 100% onsite with a first shift and 9/80 schedule.

The candidate will develop robust PC‑DMIS inspection programs, create inspection routines for machined components, and ensure GD&T compliance. The role requires strong CMM programming expertise, GD&T knowledge, and the ability to read engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of CMM programming preferred (three+ years for strong candidates).
• Strong experience with CMM programming in GD&T environments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CMM inspection programs using PC‑DMIS.
• Create inspection routines for machined components at multiple stages.
• Ensure inspections meet GD&T requirements and document results.
