Precision Castparts Corp. seeks a CMM Programmer – Level 3 to advance the Quality organization, overseeing CMS/CMM programming and product verification. The role emphasizes CAD-driven programming, process improvement, and leadership in quality initiatives.

The position reports to the Quality Inspection Supervisor and requires expert CMM skills, CAD proficiency, and the ability to coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure high-quality aerospace components.

Competenze

• Experience with CMM programming language (CMS/DMIS) and CMM software/hardware.
• Expert CAD skills and ability to create solid CAD models from drawings.
• Ability to lead, train, and guide other Inspectors and Programmers.

Mansioni

• Program CMS online or offline from CAD model or drawing.
• Create solid CAD models from drawings.
• Troubleshoot and prove out new products and/or programs.
• Suggest new processes to improve quality, velocity, efficiency, or cost.
• Interface with internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Train inspectors and programmers in CMS operation and programming.
