Precision Castparts in Washington state seeks a CMM Programmer – Level 3 to advance quality and product flow. You will program CMS from CAD data, create CAD models from drawings, and lead new product development efforts while mentoring junior staff.

Ideal candidates show expert CMS programming, CAD proficiency, and strong leadership abilities to drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and process standardization within a high-precision manufacturing environment.

Competenze

Two or more years minimum experience in CMM programming.
Expert-level CAD skills and CMS/DMIS knowledge.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and guide other employees.

Mansioni

Program CMS offline or online from CAD model or drawing.
Create solid CAD models from drawings.
Troubleshoot and prove out new products or programs.
Suggest and implement processes to improve quality, velocity, efficiency or cost.
Interface with customers and suppliers (internal and external).
Train inspectors and quality programmers in CMS operation and programming.
Lead new product development projects or specific initiatives.
May perform responsibilities of lower level CMM Programmer roles.
