Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Massachusetts seeks an experienced CMM programmer to develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex CMM programs using 3D CAD models, part drawings, and GD&T specifications.

You will perform FAI and capability studies, compile data for PPAP, and interpret SPC results. Collaboration across manufacturing and external partners is essential, with strong PC-DMIS and MS Office skills required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on CMM programming experience with PC-DMIS
• Proficient in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and GD&T
• Familiarity with SPC, control plans, and PPAP workflows
• Strong written and verbal English communication across all plant levels
• Proficiency with MS Excel/Word for reporting and data tracking

Responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and troubleshoot CMM programs from CAD models and drawings
• Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) and capability studies; present data for PPAP
• Take precise measurements with gauges, fixtures, micrometers, and calipers
• Interpret inspection results and SPC data; communicate findings to teams
• Collaborate in product introductions; manage layout data for vendors and customers
• Maintain calibration and safety compliance of CMM equipment and tools
