Job summary

TCCI Manufacturing LLC in Decatur, IL is seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to join our Metrology team. You will develop, debug and maintain offline and online CMM programs using CAD models and drawings, and perform first-piece, in-process, receiving, and final inspections on complex components.

The role requires 3+ years of CMM programming and precision machining experience, GD&T proficiency, and knowledge of PC-DMIS, PolyWorks or MCOSMOS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience programming and operating CMM equipment in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with precision machining, castings, or automotive/commercial vehicle components.
• Expert ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T principles.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and maintain offline and online CMM programs using 3D CAD models and engineering drawings.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, receiving, and final inspections on complex machined and cast components.
• Select, calibrate, and configure metrology equipment to ensure accurate measurements.
• Interpret complex engineering prints using GD&T and conduct Gage R&R studies for SPC data collection.
