Job summary

TekPro Engineering is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer for first shift in Phoenix, AZ. You will independently develop, validate, and optimize CMM inspection programs for complex aerospace components using PC-DMIS or CMM Manager.

The role requires 5+ years of programming experience, strong GD&T and blueprint interpretation, and the ability to troubleshoot and continuously improve inspection processes in a direct-hire environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CMM programming experience.
• Strong independent programming skills using PC-DMIS or CMM Manager.
• Offline CMM programming experience required.
• Advanced GD&T knowledge and blueprint interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop, validate, and optimize CMM inspection programs.
• Perform offline and CAD-based programming for aerospace components.
• Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T requirements.
• Support First Article Inspections and quality documentation.
• Troubleshoot CMM programs to improve inspection accuracy and efficiency.
