Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a CMM Programmer (PC-DMIS) for 1st shift on a pay range of $35.00–$48.00 per hour, $70k–$95k yearly. The role focuses on developing, optimizing, and executing CMM programs for high-precision aerospace hardware within our multi-building campus.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in CMM programming, advanced PC-DMIS skills, and at least 2+ years in aerospace QA with AS9100/AS9102 familiarity. First shift: 7 AM–4 PM; no degree required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in CMM programming for high-precision manufacturing.
• Advanced PC-DMIS programming (offline and online).
• 2+ years quality inspection in aerospace with AS9100/AS9102 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• CMM Programming: Create, edit, and optimize offline and online CMM programs using PC-DMIS from CAD models and engineering drawings.
• First Article & In-Process Inspection: Perform complete AS9102 First Article Inspections (FAI), in-process inspections, and final inspections on complex aerospace components.
• Blueprint Reading & GD&T: Interpret complex blueprints and specifications with GD&T.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Troubleshoot programming routines, probe configurations, and fixtures.
• Quality Documentation: Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and root cause collaboration.
• Cross-Building Support: Support quality inspection across multiple cells on campus.
