Job summary

Employnet Workforce Management in Exeter, NH is seeking a Quality Control Inspector III – CMM Operator to support production by inspecting parts during in-process manufacturing and ensuring final goods meet dimensional and quality standards. You will develop CMM programs, analyze results, maintain records, and communicate trends to supervision.

A strong eye for detail and proficiency with GD&T and PC-DMIS are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in quality inspection.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must understand blueprint reading and GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
• ITAR/EAR export control compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts during in-process production and communicate errors promptly.
• Create CMM inspection programs using CAD/blueprints with PC-DMIS.
• Execute inspection programs and report results to stakeholders.
• Generate measurement reports for internal and external customers.
• Identify nonconforming products and generate Defective Material Reports (DMRs).
• Review CoC/CoA/FAIR and coordinate with MRB/QA as needed.
