Job summary

Alston Construction is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager with deep CMiC expertise to manage change events and cost forecasting across projects. This role requires guiding CMiC administration, PCI/OCO/SCO workflows, and ensuring accurate cost forecasts from preconstruction through closeout.

The candidate will bridge finance systems with field operations, coordinate with PMs and accountants, and drive system improvements across CMiC and Procore interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on CMiC administration experience
• Experience managing PCIs, OCOs, and SCOs within CMiC
• Strong knowledge of CMiC Cost Forecasting module and budgets
• Working knowledge of Procore and construction project workflows
• Excellent communication and training skills

Responsibilities

• Administer CMiC for user access, security roles, workflows and configurations
• Troubleshoot CMiC issues and coordinate with CMiC resources
• Create reports, dashboards and integrations between CMiC and other systems
• Train project teams and accounting staff on CMiC change management
• Monitor PCI→OCO→SCO linkage and cost updates
• Support cost forecasting and ensure forecast accuracy
