Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the CMDB Authoritative Sources within our EITaaS program supporting USAF. The role is hybrid in Chantilly, VA with 3+ days onsite and 1–2 days remote. You will validate CI attributes, design integrations, and develop training materials for system owners.

Ideal candidates have DoD Secret clearance, 12+ years’ experience, and strong skills in ServiceNow CMDB, ITAM, and agile methodologies. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• 12+ years of experience; a Bachelor's Degree in applicable field may substitute for 5 years.
• Experience with System Administration.
• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into user stories, use cases and technical requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Strong MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint.
• Must have ServiceNow w/CMDB experience supporting Asset Management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Government to validate the required CI attributes and the corresponding authoritative sources for CMDB.
• Derive requirements and design integrations between authoritative sources and Axonius, document ICD and MOUs.
• Develop training materials for owners of authoritative systems based on ICD/MOU.
• Derive requirements for ServiceNow reports and dashboards to measure CI data and CI-to-CI relationships.
