Nektar Therapeutics in the Bay Area seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead CMC development programs, coordinating cross-functional teams from process development to regulatory submission. You will develop integrated project plans, drive execution, and ensure timely delivery while mentoring teams and applying best practices.

You will manage resources, establish metrics, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to support high-value therapeutics addressing unmet medical needs.

Qualifications

• PM certification or continuing education in Project Management is preferred.
• Prior experience in managing interdisciplinary or cross functional projects is required.
• A working knowledge of drug development is required.
• Proficient computer skills and good working knowledge of Smartsheet, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
• Must be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Must possess and demonstrate strong leadership, influence and organizational skills.
