Job summary

Structure Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Technical (CMC) Project Management to lead late‑stage CMC programs from development through commercialization. You will drive integrated plans, budgets, risk management and cross‑functional alignment with Tech Ops and CDMOs, ensuring timely, compliant execution.

The role reports to the SVP Technical Operations, joining an expert team focused on strategic, end‑to‑end project leadership and lifecycle optimization for a growing biotech company.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech CMC.
• 5+ years in project management supporting late‑stage development through commercialization.
• Direct experience with small molecule and oral solid dosage (OSD) products.
• Experience supporting commercialization and lifecycle management activities.
• Strong understanding of CMC development, manufacturing, regulatory and supply processes.
• Expertise in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong experience developing and managing detailed project plans and timelines.
• Good understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and accrual tracking processes.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end CMC PM for late‑stage programs through launch and lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain integrated cross‑functional project plans across drug substance, product, analytical, quality, regulatory, and supply chain.
• Track execution with internal teams and CDMO partners across time zones.
• Drive accountability for actions, deliverables, and milestones.
• Facilitate weekly CMC team meetings and governance forums.
• Provide regular financial and project status reporting to leadership.
• Interface with external manufacturing, process development, analytical, quality, regulatory CMC, and supply chain teams.
