Raytheon is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for factory production support in McKinney, TX. You will work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot CCAs, assemblies, and systems, evaluate test results, and drive improvements in yields, test procedures, and cycle times.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and collaboration with manufacturing engineering, factory operations, and quality teams to maintain high production standards.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with standard electrical test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies).
• Experience troubleshooting CCAs, sub-assemblies, and complex systems; familiarity with Op-Amps, ADC/DACs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for failing tests, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Investigate failure trends and perform root-cause analysis to address systemic issues.
• Support troubleshooting and repairs for CCAs, sub-assemblies, and systems for programs at McKinney CMC.
