Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years' experience in CMBS, debt capital markets, or structured finance.
• Demonstrated expertise in rating agency methodologies and credit enhancement analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Screen new CMBS loan opportunities for market acceptability and alignment with KeyBank's risk parameters.
• Conduct detailed rating agency analysis for prospective transactions.
• Price individual loan exposures ensuring breakeven analysis reflects market spreads.
