Job summary

Your Wellness Sources is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to manage daily clinic operations for 20+ patients in Hyattsville, Maryland. This full-time position requires national certification and at least 2 years of outpatient clinical experience.

Responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining vitals, and ensuring accurate documentation. Strong time management and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in phlebotomy and EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current national Medical Assistant certification from an accredited certifying body.
• Minimum 2 years outpatient clinical experience required.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy, injections, and EKGs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and room 20+ patients daily.
• Document vitals and histories accurately.
• Perform venipuncture, injections, and EKGs.

Education

Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, CCMA, RMA, NCMA)

Minimum 2 years outpatient clinical experience
