Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of specialized and complex laboratory experience including quality control, calibration, QC evaluation, and inventory control.
• ASCP certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs standardized and highly specialized analyses in biochemical, hematological, microbiological and blood banking disciplines.
• Ensures accuracy, reliability and timeliness of patient test results used for diagnosis and treatment.
• Maintains quality control, calibration, preventative maintenance and inventory management of laboratory equipment.
