Job summary

Seagull Software seeks a Senior CloudOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, Kubernetes environments. You will monitor, secure, and optimize deployments while enabling automation and CI/CD for rapid release cycles.

The role requires 5+ years in CloudOps/SRE, strong Kubernetes expertise (EKS/GKE), and proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, and observability tools. This contract position is hybrid, based in La Paz, Bolivia, with remote options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CloudOps/DevOps/SRE roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in AWS and GCP with Kubernetes (EKS & GKE).
• Proficiency in IaC and cloud automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Manage Kubernetes across EKS and GKE.
• Implement IaC with Terraform, Ansible; manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Set up monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
• Ensure security, SSO/OIDC, and disaster recovery.
