Job summary

Softchoice is seeking a Cloud Practice Lead to guide cloud engagements across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will own architecture decisions, drive complex transformations, and lead pre-sales through to delivery, ensuring value and profitability for clients.

You’ll mentor senior architects and consultants while shaping strategic offerings and maintaining cutting-edge certifications across providers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise IT with leadership
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams of architects/consultants
• Experience in pre-sales solution design and full lifecycle delivery ownership
• Proven experience with financial oversight for engagements (P&L, forecasting)

Responsibilities

• Act as the highest-level technical authority for cloud engagements (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Lead complex multi-workstream cloud transformations (migrations, modernizations, multi-cloud governance)
• Define business outcomes and craft transformation roadmaps for clients
• Deliver on-time, on-scope engagements with profitability
• Mentor architects and consultants, build a high-performance, inclusive culture
