Qualifications

• Experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud environments.
• Proven track record maintaining large-scale production systems.
• Strong Linux/Unix and Windows OS skills.
• Scripting for automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, SaltStack).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support of complex cloud-based systems.
• Resolve system outages and document issues.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure service continuity.
• Maintain inventory and ensure VA security policy compliance.
• Participate in on-call rotations for production support.
