Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator with Windows and Linux administration experience to support multiple cloud environments and IaC/CaC deployments. You will harden systems, manage IAM, and troubleshoot across Windows, Linux, and cloud services while interfacing with customers for technical guidance.

Applicants should have TS/SCI clearance and experience in a DevSecOps environment, with scripting skills in PowerShell or Bash and familiarity with Ansible.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of general systems administration experience with progressive responsibilities.
• Experience administering Windows or Linux systems in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting cloud environments (AWS preferred) including security and troubleshooting.
• Experience in a DevSecOps setting with automation and infrastructure as code concepts.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot system configurations (Windows Server 2016/2019, RHEL 7/8).
• Harden systems to meet security standards and manage IAM policies.
• Sustain production systems (firewalls, file servers, security monitoring).
• Deploy IaC/CaC via Ansible and script enhancements.
• Coordinate with team members to meet customer requirements and provide guidance.
• Troubleshoot OS, networking, cloud services, and software.
