Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years in supporting, administering, or operating cloud-based platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for Strategy’s BI products, Cloud platform, and related tech.
• Build strong customer relationships during project development and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Escalate and document defects with detailed technical context.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to SOPs and best practices.
