Job summary

Strategy is seeking a Senior Cloud Support Engineer to manage cloud infrastructure, handle change requests, and respond to incidents. The role requires hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, Linux, GCP, and container technologies.

You will work within a hybrid model, participating in on-site activities in the Warsaw office at least three days a week, and collaborate across support and technology teams to ensure platform reliability.

Qualifications

• Technical education or experience in IT roles strongly preferred.
• AWS, Azure, Linux, GCP and containers experience strongly preferred.
• Practical experience managing critical customer issues is a plus.
• At least 5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of the Strategy Cloud infrastructure including maintenance and on-call coverage.
• Implement customer change requests in accordance with the Change Control regime.
• Incident response and collaboration with support and technology teams on platform issues.

Job Description

The Role:The Senior Cloud Support Engineer will be responsible for providing support to customers for Cloud environments and applications.

Your Focus:

• Day to day management of the Strategy Cloud infrastructure including scheduled and emergency maintenance activities as well as scheduled on-call coverage.
• Implementation of Customer change requests in compliance with the Change Control regime.
• Incident response including troubleshooting of the infrastructure related issues and collaboration with Technical Support and Technology teams on troubleshooting of platform related issues.
• Strategy Platform administration.
• Maintaining high quality documentation for all related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Technical education or experience in IT roles strongly preferred.
• AWS, Azure, Linux, GCP and containers experience strongly preferred.
• Practical experience managing critical customer issues is a plus.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Must possess an enthusiastic personality and foster a positive work environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
• Well-organized with effective time management skills.
• Team player - always willing to give support to others and ask for help if needed.
• Ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail.

Additional Information:

• Available to work from the Warsaw office at least 3 days a week.
