Job summary

RapidScale's Senior Manager, Cloud Strategy & Transformation leads client engagements to assess, plan, govern, and accelerate cloud transformation journeys for CIOs, CTOs, and business executives. This role blends consulting, strategy, financial analysis, operating model design, and transformation leadership to deliver measurable value through cloud adoption.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in cloud strategy/enterprise architecture and a proven track record of guiding large-scale cloud

Qualifications

5+ years in cloud strategy or enterprise architecture.
5+ years leading large-scale cloud transformation initiatives.
Experience advising CIO/CTOs and business executives.
Strong financial modeling skills (ROI, NPV, TCO).
Excellent client engagement and business development abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise cloud readiness assessments across people, process, technology, security, and operations.
Develop cloud adoption strategies aligned to business objectives, risk tolerance, regulatory requirements, and growth plans.
Define cloud migration and modernization roadmaps prioritizing business value and operational impact.
Facilitate executive workshops to align stakeholders around cloud transformation objectives.
Support sales pursuits, solution development, and thought leadership assets.
